‘Confit’ means ‘preserved’ in French, where typically duck and goose meat are traditionally preserved during cold months in farmhouses of the Southwest France.

One of the most popular traditional French dish, this is a carefully prepared dish by the chef. Just preparing the meat takes 36 hours where the duck meat is gently cured for more than a day with garlic, salt and thyme. The cured duck meat will take a transformation with a symphony of aromas from the salt, herbs and the animal fat.

We only use French duck, and specially import it to ensure the best culinary delight to you. The ultimate delicacy lies in the crispy skin, luscious flesh and the permeating fragrance of the herbs as you take the first bite... Bon Appetit!
