Founded by Eric Kayser in 1996, Maison Kayser is an authentic artisanal French Bakery. Meaning that in Paris, Singapore and other 15 countries in the world, our artisan bakers start baking in-house early in the morning, using natural leaven and long fermentation process to come up with the best quality of bread, days after days. Maison Kayser's bakeries propose a wide selection of breads, pastries, viennoiseries, sandwiches and salads, from the French classics to more exotic creations. Over the years Eric Kayser and his teams have been recognized for perfecting and creating new recipes and developing technical innovations. We propose : Breakfast Set, Lunch Set, Afternoon Tea, Platters, Wine and Champagne.
