Joe's Kitchen Thai Cuisine
n 2006, Joe’s Kitchen opened its doors in a little shop space in the Central-South of Singapore.
Joe comes from Nakhon Phanom in the Northern Eastern region of Thailand. Moving to Singapore in 1999, he worked as a chef at Parkway Thai Restaurant for 6 years, before deciding to realise his and his wife’s dream of having a restaurant of their own. He wanted to provide authentic and delicious Thai food for his customers.
Jamie supported him in this dream and joined him to manage the front of the restaurant. She strongly believes that good customer service is one of the keys of a successful business. Together with her band of servers, they strive to make the customers feel as comfortable as possible, while serving up Joe’s signature dishes.
This husband and wife team shows their passion by maintaining a high standard in what they do. Joe insists on making his dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients with his own secret concoction of spices to bring out the best flavours. Jamie, armed with her knowledge of the menu (she is great at recommending dishes to your preferences!), provides the warm and friendly service. Together, they will keep you coming back for more!
