Hanbing 韓冰

Hanbing is one of the top-notched dessert cafés in Korea and now landed in the hot spot of Causeway Bay – Times Square in Hong Kong. Hanbing determines to deliver not just high quality of Korean dessert but also authentic Korean cuisines as well.

Bingsu is referring to the Korean shaved ice dessert and it is Hanbing’s signature dessert. And normally bingsu made with pure water that has no color or any flavor. Nevertheless, Hanbing’s bingsu made with frozen condensed milk, which carried a sweet and milky flavor. The ice crusher will shaved the frozen condensed milk into soft ice like snowflake, that is why it called “Snow Ice” on the Hanbing’s menu. Besides the signature Snow Ice, Hanbing launched the Fried Chicken and Ramen Noodles menu exclusively in Hanbing’s Times Square.
