Little Island Brewing Company
Set just off the windswept canal in Changi Village, Little Island Brewing Co. serves up house crafted microbrews and smokehaus fare in a spacious industrial-cool warehouse setting.
The open plan features rough-hewn wooden picnic tables (watch for splinters) and an open flame grill that fires out items like the 15-Hour Smoked Wagyu Beef Brisket ($16/100g) a Grilled Pork and Cheese Sausage with Sauerkraut ($15), or from the brunch menu, a Short Rib Burger ($17).
House brews include a 5.7% oak matured Singapore Pale Ale, and a full-bodied 7.4% Ruby Tuesday Red Ale. Beer is dispensed through a pre-pay, self-pour system ($2-$3/100ml). Sometimes this generates more foam than beer, but it’s perfect for sampling the brews without the commitment of a full pour.
