Nestled inside the old horse stables of Hullett House with views over the House’s white-stucco colonnades dating from 1881 and its sweeping lawns, Whisky@Stables is the perfect place to soak up the ambience of old Hong Kong and enjoy casual dining expertly presented by the culinary team.

Cuisine The drink menu is found on used whisky barrel board, offering over 100 various whiskies from around the world, serving the world’s famous whiskies from Scotland, Sweden, Japan, Taiwan, and India. The intimate bar also boasts 10 whiskies from small batch independent bottlers to create a highly engaging experience for whisky appreciation. The culinary team has concocted a concise menu featuring tantalising, playful Whisky Bites and Whisky Sweets to delight guests’ non-whisky companions.

Design Walking up the staircases to Whisky@Stables is like stepping back in the Victorian era. With salvaged wooden panelling, vintage furnishings, and dark brown handmade chesterfield leather sofas and armchairs sourced from England, time seems to stand still there. The sumptuously bronze chandeliers swinging from the high-vaulted roof tiles and a 30-Litre oak barrel in the centre further exuded the tasteful interior, with the light-hearted vibe extending to an outside terrace for an ultimate relaxation.
