The Teppanroom

The Teppanroom provides an interactive dining experience in an elegant and a mixture of Western and Japanese -style setting where guests watch tableside as chefs transform market-fresh ingredients into delicious dishes on the teppanyaki grill - a fresh take on market-to-table dining of world flavours at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.

The restaurant is designed with a cosy and elegant counter-style seating for up to 16 guests, set around a Teppanyaki grill table. Floor to ceiling display refrigerator behind the Teppan table showcases delicious fine cuts of meat, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables and fruit, prepared teppan-style with entertaining show cooking.
