Etsu Sushi 悅鮨

Etsu Sushi is small Japanese spot located amongst all the busy eateries of Tin Hau. Only a small scatter of tables and a humble sushi bar is on offer at this cozy restaurant, which is just the way I like it. The space is personal and authentic offering up some of the best fresh fish and traditional Japanese dishes in the city. I recommend ordering off their menu which offers a selection of dishes which you can order in a set of three ($280 hkd) or five ($430 hkd). The portions are much larger than expected for the cheap prices point and everything is delicious, fresh, and perfect for sharing. We always spend hours sipping sake and indulging on their minced tuna with quail egg and scallops served with truffle. I return here every time I am craving a personable place to enjoy some of my favourite food.
