Watermark Restaurant

We had the sunday brunch with an optional beverage package. The choice of fresh seafood including oysters, prawns, mussels, fish, sushi, salmon etc. was exquisite.
Also the hors d'oeveres and the salad were fresh, different seasonings and dressings were ready. Unfortunately, the remaining hot meals were not up to standard. besides some steamed mini potatoes and an undfinable spinach-gratin, there were no vegetables. The beef was chewy and the tandoory chicken completely dry. The desserts were ok, however the self service ice cream was in big, almost empty buckets, leaving a dry layer on top. Value for money is on the limit.
