Wing Lai Yuen Sze Chuen Noodles Restaurant

Basic eatery, very local and a great place for no frills food. The noodles were freshly pulled-- terrific consistency. Loved their 'say Kwai dow' green beans n minced pork combo. Possibly the best I have had in HK. Good dim sum too. The crunchy coated peanut starters are terrific and are complimentary. Absolute must do.
