Tack Hsin Restaurant

Very disappointing, the restaurant called Tack Hsin actually has different areas, due to private party we were redirected to a Java Terrace area with so called Chinese food, that resulted to be average food you usually find in European Chinese restaurants. The bill was OK but service very bad.
