The Vintage Shophouse at China Square
Being in the heart of the CBD makes it that much more difficult to slow down the pace of city life, but that is exactly what we strive to do. Here at China Square, we yearn to usher in the nostalgia of yesteryear when the clock stops ticking over shared meals and shared memories. At the heart of our shophouse are large communual tables, where Thai comfort food takes centrestage.

Inspiration for this diner stems from a Bangkok night market that grew out of an abandoned railway station. Every corner reveals a sentimental surprise from bygone days, from the genuine apothecary wall to the salvaged train carriage benches. If you are lucky, you may even get a glimpse of Scarlett O'Hara watching over our front porch when our shutters are down
