Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre

Located near the junction of the Upper Serangoon Road and Upper Paya Lebar Road, it is a place that seems to be frozen in time, with little changes over the decades.

Built in the seventies, the shopping centre’s most famous tenant is perhaps the evergreen computer shop that sells cheap PC games for almost 20 years.
