Our executive chef, Michael Quinn hails originally from Kerry, Ireland. Having lived in New York City for the past 12 years, he has combined both Irish and American philosophies towards food. Believing in "simple food, done right," he sources out the freshest produce, letting the natural flavors speak for itself. The menu is reflective of the seasonality. In using seasonal ingredients, we let Mother Nature's best shine through!
