Founded by young entrepreneurs and cocktail enthusiasts Indra Kantono and Gan Guo Yi, Jigger & Pony is the first of its kind to spark the resurgence and redefine a whole new era of classic cocktails in Singapore, if not the region. Helmed by Bar Programme Director, Aki Eguchi, the two-time winner of Diageo Reserve World Class Singapore, the cocktail bar has upped the ante by reshaping age-old recipes into modern classics with its use of premium ingredients and high standard of international bartending techniques, adopting the best practices from Europe, Asia (such as Japan) and America.
