Marutama Ramen

Marutama’s specialty is the thin Japanese noodle – ramen – in one of four soup bases (chicken, spicy chicken, prawn or nuts). The soups are mildly flavoured and almost caramelin tone, an ideal template for the wheaty flavour of the ramen.
