House of Gimbap

Gimbap has been one of the most popular and accessible food in Korea. It is simple, healthy yet delicious! Indeed, Gimbap is one of the top choice quick-serve meals for many people on the go in Korea.

Made from steamed rice(Bap; 밥), rolled in dried laver seaweed(Gim; 김) with various fillings, Gimbap may look similar to Japanese Futomaki, however it is distinct in a way that we use sesame oil instead of vinegar and it has more various fillings inside. Gimbap’s fillings vary from meat, poultry, fish to fresh or pickled vegetables, even some nuts and cheese. We, House of Gimbap, carefully select and prepare these ingredients in a way to deliver great balance and harmony of taste and nutrition when it is served in a roll of Gimbap.

House of Gimbap is specialized in Premium Korean Gimbap. While ordinary Gimbap is heavily loaded with rice, the premium Gimbap is designed to provide less rice and more fresh vegetables and other ingredients which make it more flavorful and healthy.
