Retro-hip lounge and bar Longplay stars an apparently six-figure sound system from which you hear old vintage tunes from the 1950s from a selection of longplay, or LP vinyl records.

There are two entrances to this Unlisted Collection outfit: one from Haji Lane which opens into the open kitchen and bar area; and the other from Arab Street which opens into the super cool lounge area.

Soulful small plates are devised by Peruvian chef Jorge Valderrama, dishing stellar items like the Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallops ($22) with Thai red curry, toasted cashew puree and pineapple chutney, or the Chipirones Rellenos ($16), tender squid stuffed with chorizo, apple and caramelised onions served on pea puree and finished with saffron butter.

For drinks, try the bold Marlon Brando ($20) of cognac, maple and ginger ale, or the fruity Bob Barley ($20) of Barley vodka, banana liqueur and bitters.
