Bar-A-Thym

Bar-A-Thym" is a French restaurant located in Gemmil lane, Club street. In a relaxed but elegant setting, it serves a cuisine from the south of France and more precisely the Roussillon where I come from. The kitchen is an open concept, the chef cook right in front of the guest on a big plancha (flat grill) seasonal fresh products. This direct interaction with patrons enable the chef to sell his specials and to be an entertainer (therefore the name of the restaurant).
