Monster Sushi

Monster Sushi’s name is construed as legendary creature and huge and strange-shaped. In addition to the "gives a bang for the buck" gimmick, one of the owners is famous artist Daniel Wu. He felt that the style of the local conveyor belt sushi restaurants is more or less the same; therefore, Daniel and the partners wanted to create something more innovative with playful spirit. They still retain childlike innocence of their childhood by the Japanese Monster animation effects. Thus, it led to the concept of Monster Sushi. They created signature dishes such as "Monster Sushi" and "Godzilla Roll."

Monster Sushi provides Edo-Mae sushi with ancient techniques of making sauce coating on the fish. Our chefs concoct the representatives of three divisions - nigiri sushi, sushi roll and pressed sushi. We infuse Edo’s essence into the creative sushi, and this trendy sense has captured compliments and support of many patrons all these years.
