The Saha philosophy is to demystify regional Indian cuisine and serve it to the world in its best possible avatar – to use an Indian term – aiming relentlessly for perfection in taste, presentation and the pleasure every dish provides. We like to articulate avant-garde Indian cuisine as an integration of regional Indian cuisine with the latest culinary techniques and some non-traditional ingredients from different parts of the world.
