Founded by visionary, Patrick Wai, who comes from years of experience in the international design field, and Executive Chef Justin Chan, a Hong Kong-born chef, with global experience rooted in his regional Asian Heritage, which includes Chinese, Laotian and Portuguese ancestry. He borrows cooking methods from his childhood and from his travels around the world, with pioneering results.

The cuisine at NAKED Gurume Gyarari is highly contemporary and ingredients-driven, conforming with the global movement towards healthier, more considered food choices.

Designs of dishes were carefully thought-out by Patrick Wai, using his architectural point of view to further re-define the concept of NAKED.
