Our a la carte selection includes culinary delights such as the famous Ma Po Tofu, Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle, Camphor Tea Smoked Duck, Seafood Combination Platter, Marinated Spicy Beef on Hot Plate, Braised Seafood with Crispy Rice Bubble, Chong Qing Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli and the nutritiously delicious Chicken Dou Hua Soup. There is also an extensive selection of Cantonese and Dim Sum delicacies to choose from.

Executives favour our power lunches while our famed 60 Dishes Deluxe Feast is a favourite for those that have more time as it offers a mesmerising array of 60 dishes, including Sliced Pork in Garlic and Chilli Sauce and Braised Soon Hock.

From May 2016, Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Beach Road is pleased to offer all diners a healthier alternative of brown rice for all rice-based dishes at no additional charge.
