Laurel Restaurant (丹桂轩)

The Laurel Restaurant is located in the Diamond Lobby of Galaxy Hotel, where there are windows in the corner area for people to appreciate the Diamond show where it occurs around every 10-15 minutes in peak-hours, or 30 minutes at night. The dim-sums were tasty, they were freshly made by experienced chefs and the good taste were enhanced. The service was okay, but they simply forgotten our congee and needs to be investigated by us, revealing a minor problem regarding the communication between each member of waitresses in the restaurant. The ambience was nice, the high ceiling gives ample amount of space for people to relax and not feel so cramped while dining. The price was rather cheaper compared to Hong Kong, which was nicely dined and reasonable because of the good food provided. Overall, a very good dim-sum meal but if the service was even enhanced and improved, a 5-star trip advisor rating could be achieved.
