Lei Bistro
Having established a World Class high-end restaurant chain with more than 2,200 staff across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and China, Lei Garden Restaurant has started to look for means to cater to the masses with quality and healthy cuisine but at affordable prices. This has resulted in a new venture named the "Lei Bistro" .
Lei Bistro aims to provide a wide array of dishes covering both Northern and Southern cuisines in China not forgetting to include the ever famous Lei Garden soups, barbecued favorites and dim sums. The first Lei Bistro has begun serving customers in Hong Kong in July 2010 and plans are underway to secure sites for expansion. In order to ensure consistency in the quality of our products across the board, we are expanding our Central Kitchen facilities so that as far as practical, Lei Bistro dishes will be semi-processed centrally by our most experienced chefs to ensure freshness, hygiene, "Lei Garden" quality, and uniformity of portions and taste and shipped to each Bistro daily for final preparation before they are served to our patrons.
In order to maintain equilibrium between enjoyment and health, our Bistro menu will put more emphasis on steamed, braised and stewed dishes and less deep fried items. In addition, Lei Bistro will continue to promote our signature health conscious drink - fresh lemon juice and encourage our customers to eat more green vegetables and pursue a balanced and healthy diet.
