China Tang

China Tang Restaurant, first opened in London in 2007 at the Dorchester Hotel, is opened in Hong Kong at Landmark Atrium in December 2013.

Also conceived and designed by Sir David Tang, China Tang offers the best of Chinese food within the most sumptuous and comfortable surroundings. All decorations are rooted in Chinese tradition but with a highly original treatment: hand-painted and hand-embroidered wallpaper, antique books, Chinese paintings, beautifully upholstered chairs, antique lighting, decorative pieces and superb trompe l’oeil on mirrors and glass.

The whole restaurant has also a very attractive open dining area, six private rooms, three of which are flexibly contiguous for larger parties. One of these private rooms has its own kitchen and restroom, offering exceptional atmosphere and privacy.

The kitchen, is led by the three Michelin-starred Chef Albert Au Kwok Keung and a team of highly experienced Chinese chefs, offering the finest cuisines from Beijing, Sichuan and Canton. There is also an exceptional bar with a flexible private room in which the best and coldest drinks and cocktails are being served, with the offer of dim sum and sweets throughout the day.
