FINDS, Hong Kong's iconic Scandinavian restaurant & bar, is an acronym for the Nordic countries - Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Since 2004, it remains to be the only Nordic restaurant in the entire Pearl River Delta. Inspired by the generous Scandinavian seasons, the award winning Northern European cuisine by Finnish celebrity chef Jaakko Sorsa, features excellent seafood in the region and seasonal bounties complemented with typical Nordic techniques and contemporary presentation.
