YMCA Hongkong The Mall Cafe

This is a nice simple place to stay. We only booked a standard room street view but it quite comfortable. Location is fabulous your a 5 minute walk to star ferry TST subway across the road from the Peninsula. I would return last 8 years we've stayed 5 star but you don't make use of it.
