Cookies Quartet

Nice little shop, was there during the last day staying at Hong Kong, friendly service, offers you to taste different cookies they have. Personally I find their cookies slightly better than average but no significant difference, but their Palmier was great!! Had had lots of Palmier before, I find cookies quartet's palmier to be the best, highly recommend it.
