Shanghai Lane (Central)

Food was good although has been somewhat localized. It was good to see dumplings being made in front of us.

We were a big group which can be difficult for service but our main waiter (Simon?) was very good. There were no empty (beer) bottles on the table, a new one was always on its way. We brought our own wine which were promptly put in the fridge to keep cool and poured out whenever a glass was near empty. Even tea cups were topped up without having to ask.

They were patient with our food ordering and explained things on the menu when asked. Also gave recommendations when we were unsure what to order. Overall good experience.
