Sea King Garden Restaurant

I got taken to this restaurant and was told how this was one of the icons of Hong Kong. Wow the restaurant did not disappoint. The restaurant is surrounded by fresh fish markets and you can chose your fish and have it cooke how you want it. As there was a party of us the host had chosen the fish already as well as the cooking style. The fish couldn't have been fresher and the spices, herbs and sauces were fantastic on every dish we tried. I was told no one speaks English in the restaurant so you need to have a Chinese speaker with you to go. Well worth finding someone to take to dinner who can speak Cantonese and to buy them dinner in return.
