The Stoep

Located on the beautiful and quiet Cheung Sha Beach on Lantau Island, The Stoep is one of Hong Kong’s perennial beachside restaurants. We specialise in South African and Mediterranean cuisine; our world famous grilled cheese is mouth-watering, not to mention the homemade multigrain loafs and traditional South African curry we serve.

As of spring 2015, we have moved to a different location to no. 50 Lower Cheung Sha Beach (still the same beach!), further down the beachside path – where we have created our own magical little cove outfitted with a koi pond and beautiful views. Our new location is the perfect setting whether it be a beachside wedding + reception, anniversary dinner, private party with moonlit concert and band area.
