Xin Dau Ji (Holiday Inn Express)
A friend brought us here for dinner and it was quite enjoyable.
There were some nice dishes such as fried garoupa pieces that you eat with corn syrup, chinese cabbage cooked in a claypot, baby crab with radish and fried rice in garlic, and preserved eggs with pickled ginger.
The key course was their signature suckling pig, which we had eaten in Their Changle lu branch in Shanghai previously. The skin was delightfully crispy and tasty, but the meat itself was a little chewy.
Service was good and attentive.
