Toby Inn

They serve the BEST SWEET & SOUR PORK I have ever had in my entire life. Trust me, I've tasted a lot! There is a restaurant in Happy Valley that claims they are #3 in the Best S&S Pork contention. I believe TOBY INN is #1. You must eat it there though because food packaged and delivered is never the same as eaten on site.
Go for dinner where they, at least, put a white tablecloth. Don't go on a Sunday night unless you go early because you will end up waiting for quite a bit. Pick a table near the windows so you don't have to share with stranger, unless you don't mind.
Aside from the S&S pork, the fried rice with chicken and salted fish is also stellar.
