Our chefs are former executive pastry chefs from Hong Kong most famous 5-star hotels.
They are Mr. Wong (former executive pastry chef at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong),
Mr. Kam (former executive pastry chef at The Peninsula Hong Kong and Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong) and Mr. Man (former executive pastry chef at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and
The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre).
All of them have been devoted to making pastries for more than 50 years.

Their pastries are well-received by celebrities from Hong Kong,
Macau and Mainland China.
