The Alchemist Cafe Bistro

Kowloon in general gets a bad rap when it comes to restaurants, but The Alchemist certainly exceeds expectations. I'll admit that it took them an exceedingly long amount of time for our tea and coffee, but the food was pretty good, and priced fairly, and the selection of beers was phenomenal, with a good range of local HK brews the main feature. As a big beer aficionado, there were breweries even I haven't yet heard of.

If you find yourself heading towards the flower market, as I was that day, I strongly recommend making this your lunch stop
