Eat here without fail on every visit to Hong Kong. The lunch time yum cha dishes are consistently good especially the abalone sauce 'phoenix claws'. Dinner time is also pretty good with regular nicely put together set dinners which are very good value. The duck gives Peking Duck at Beijing cuisine restaurants a good run for their money. Pre order a day before. Staff also very friendly especially one of the captains May always smiling.
