Nestled in the bay of Three Fathoms Cove, one-thirtyone will take your breath away. Our restaurant is located in a 3 storey Mediterranean style house situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Sai Kung. Only 30 minutes from the city you will find yourself gazing out onto the clear waters of Sai Kung whilst sipping a refreshing aperitif on our lush lawn.

Reminiscent of a luxury European country retreat, our restaurant’s atmosphere is elegant and relaxed. Delectable contemporary European cusine is served in our honey toned dining room looking out onto the bay. one-thirtyone is the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city, be it a leisurely lunch sipping champagne or taking in the sunset with a glass of wine before dinner. For those who want to make a grand entrance, the front lawn can accommodate small helicopter landings or there is a private dock for mooring your yacht.
