Panino Giusto

A very elegant man enters at noon sharp. He blows the frost from his coat and sits down at one of the dark wooden tabels. He browses through the menu and orders a “Giusto”, together with a glass of red wine. After just one bite, he looks up, and in the total silence of the newly opened restaurant, he pronounces his prophecy: “If you always make your panini like this you will make a fortune!”
