Operation Dagger

Operation Dagger is bar along Ann Siang Hill which name was inspired by the movement in the late 1950s to rid Chinatown because of the plague of gangs and secret society. Operation Dagger is anything but conventional, and aims to make the spirits, liqueurs and bitters used at the bar entirely in-house.
