Fika Swedish Cafe and Bistro
“Fika” roughly translates into “taking a break from work” in Swedish, and the pale wood and white furniture make Fika Swedish Cafe a pleasant reprieve from busy afternoons.
On the menu here are the usual Swedish suspects like meatballs which you can have in either in a sandwich ($19.90) with turkey ham and beet salad, or as a main ($19.90) with parsley potatoes, cream sauce and lingonberry jam; and the Herb-Crusted Salmon ($26.50) with honey ginger glazed pickled beets, sautéed asparagus and lemon-butter sauce. The cafe also has outlets in Millenia Walk and One KM mall.
